ESWT ED Focused Pressure Wave Therapy System SW18
Advanced treatment for pain, erectile dysfunction and regenerative health technology

ESWT ED Focus Pressure wave therapy system SW18 is an advanced medical device developed for both professionals and home users who want an effective, non-invasive treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED), musculoskeletal problems and reduced tissue function. The system uses high-intensity focused shock wave technology (ESWT - Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy) to stimulate the body's natural repair mechanisms. The treatment is based on documented physical technology that promotes microcirculation, mobilizes stem cells, stimulates collagen production and contributes to pain relief without surgical interventions or drugs. The system represents a new era in regenerative medicine and functional health technology.

Benefits and effects

  • Can increase blood flow and microcirculation in the treatment area

  • Can contribute to improved erectile function and tissue elasticity in men with ED

  • May improve vaginal tissue, sensitivity and libido in women

  • Can reduce pain in tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, muscle tension and chronic injuries

  • Can activate the body's own production of growth factors and nitric oxide (NO)

  • Can stimulate collagen and elastin production for skin and connective tissue

  • Can dissolve calcium deposits and tension in muscles and tendons

  • Can relieve inflammation and promote regeneration in joints, tendons and soft tissue

Treatment protocols

The system comes with pre-programmed protocols for ED, prostate and various muscle groups. Typical ED treatment includes 1500 shocks divided into 5 areas, with 300 shocks per area, 2 times per week over 3 weeks. A 3-week break is then recommended before the next treatment cycle. Energy and frequency are adjusted according to the patient's tolerance and clinical needs. Recommended frequency for ED: 3–8 Hz. Energy: 60–180 mJ.

Safety and contraindications

Pressure wave therapy is generally safe, but should not be used in:

  • Pregnancy

  • Bleeding disorders or use of anticoagulants

  • Ongoing cancer or tumor in the treatment area

  • Epilepsy or serious neurological conditions

  • Recent surgical procedures

  • On or near the eyes, heart, gonads or spine

  • In children with incompletely developed cartilage tissue

Contraindications also apply to polyps, severe polyneuropathy, thrombosis, or corticosteroid treatment.

Instructions for use and operation

The system does not require any special skills, but should be used with care and according to instructions. The device is easily connected to power, and the touch screen provides access to all treatment settings. Each applicator is designed for specific body parts. Gray and blue covers for the treatment heads are used depending on the treatment area and the need to use contact gel.

The product is supplied complete with all necessary components for safe use at home or in a clinic. We still recommend guidance from healthcare personnel for an optimal protocol.
