Safe Trade at UNO Vita AS
UNO Vita AS follows current legislation for consumer purchases, including the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Repeal and Relevant EU/EEA rules. We attach great importance to security, openness and service, so that you as a customer should experience a safe and comfortable trade.
Privacy
We safeguard your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Act (GDPR). Personal information (name, address, email, phone number, purchase history, etc.) is treated confidentially and is only used for order processing, customer service and communication related to your customer relationship. We never sell your information to third parties.
Prices and fees
All prices on our website are shown including Norwegian VAT (VAT) for customers in Norway. For customers outside Norway, the net price excluded VAT is shown. In the box. In international shipments, local fees, customs and VAT can. Available upon importation in the destination country, in line with local laws and regulations.
Order and payment
Ordering can be done via our website or directly through customer service. We offer secure payment solutions: Vipps, Klarna, PayPal and international credit cards. For larger orders, we can issue an invoice by appointment. When you place an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms.
Delivery
We strive for fast and efficient delivery. Goods in stock are normally shipped within 2-3 business days. The standard delivery time is a maximum of 30 days, cf. Section 6 of the Consumer Purchase Act For special orders, larger treatment systems or goods in pre-Order, the delivery time may be longer. The customer will always be informed if the delivery time deviates significantly. Delivery is done to the address you have provided, and you are responsible for ensuring that the address is correct.
Tracking information
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the shipment.
Withdrawal
You have a 30 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, cf. the right of withdrawal. To use the right of withdrawal, you must give us written notification (e-mail or letter) within the deadline. The item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as at reception. Return shipping is covered by the customer except if the item has incorrect or damage.
Deficiency in the item and complaint
If errors or deficiencies are detected, you can advertise within a reasonable time in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. For complaints you can demand correction, new goods, price reductions or cancellation of the purchase. Uno Vita covers return shipping if the complaint is valid.
Return of goods
Returns must be agreed with customer service before sending. Returns without agreement can be rejected. The Purchasing Act applies for food purchases. The right of withdrawal does not apply to traders, but UNO Vita can, after assessment, accept return to an administration fee (min. NOK 500,- or 5 % of order value by order over NOK 10,000).
Warranty
All our products come with warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the product and is shown in the product description. The warranty covers production errors, but does not damage as a result of incorrect use, negligence or normal wear.
International shipments

Water and customs: All international orders are sent and invoiced without Norwegian value added tax or other fees on our part. Upon arrival in the recipient country, local fees, customs and VAT may be accrued. Carrier (DHL or other) may require a minor customs treatment fee.

Order status and delivery: If the order contains goods on rest order or pre-order, the order is sent together when all goods are available. If everything is in stock, the order is sent immediately.

Further process: If we do not receive answers within 24 hours on questions related to delivery, the order is sent according to the current status. If you want to split the delivery, you must notify you immediately.

Acceptance of delivery: If you as an international customer order and accept the terms, but still choose not to accept the delivery from DHL or other carrier, and thus do not pay local customs, VAT or fees, UNO Vita will not cover shipping or return shipping costs. In such cases, only the value of the goods can be refunded if it exceeds the total shipping costs, and only if the Uno Vita receives the goods in return in the same condition.

Uno Vita AS does not take responsibility for loss or damage as a result of third -party misinformation or indirect losses caused by the use of our products. All information on our website is given in good faith and should not replace professional medical advice.
Disputes
Disputes between UNO Vita AS and the customer should be solved in amicable. If this fails, the case can be brought before the Consumer Council or the Consumer Authority. For food purchases, ordinary legal treatment under Norwegian law applies.
Changes in terms
Uno Vita AS reserves the right to update or change these terms. The current terms will always be available on our website.
