Terms of purchase for Uno Vita AS

Secure trading at Uno Vita AS
Uno Vita AS emphasizes safe, clear and professional trading. When you shop with us, you will experience secure payment, orderly delivery and good customer service. When buying from Uno Vita AS, current Norwegian legislation for consumer purchases applies, as well as relevant rules for privacy, complaints and right of withdrawal.

Privacy
We process personal data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail and order history confidentially and only use them for order processing, delivery, customer service and the necessary follow-up of your customer relationship. Uno Vita AS never sells your personal data to third parties.

Prices and fees
All prices for customers in Norway are normally shown including Norwegian VAT, unless otherwise stated. For customers outside Norway, Uno Vita AS does not normally charge local VAT, customs duties or other public charges for dispatch until further notice. This means that the recipient country can demand local VAT/customs, customs fees or a small import fee upon importation. Such costs are paid by the customer in the receiving country and are not included in the purchase price from Uno Vita AS.

Ordering and payment
Orders are made via our website or by agreement with customer service. Once the order has been registered, you will normally receive an order confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the order is correct, and that the name, address, telephone number and other delivery information are correct.

Payment is made through the payment solutions that are offered at all times in the online store, for example Vipps, Klarna, PayPal, card payment or other available solutions. For some larger orders, an invoice can be offered by further agreement.

Delivery
Items that are in stock are normally dispatched within a few working days. For special orders, backorders, pre-orders and larger processing systems, the delivery time may be longer. If the delivery time deviates significantly from what is expected, the customer will be informed.

Delivery takes place to the address given when ordering. The customer himself is responsible for the correctness of the delivery information. When the shipment has been sent, the customer normally receives tracking information where this is available.

Right of withdrawal and return
For consumer purchases, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with current Norwegian law. If you wish to use the right of cancellation or return an item, this must always be agreed with customer service before the item is sent back.

Returns must be properly packaged, and the item should be in the same condition as on receipt, as far as this is reasonably possible. Some goods may, for reasons of hygiene, safety or product type, be exempt from the right of withdrawal or have restrictions on returns. This may, among other things, apply to products that are used on or near the body, opened consumables, specially ordered goods or other products that are not suitable for return after opening or use.

Complaints and defects
If the item has an error or defect, the customer has the right to complain in accordance with current Norwegian legislation. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after the fault was discovered or should have been discovered.

In the event of an approved complaint, the rights under the law apply, and this may include, among other things, rectification, redelivery, price reduction or refund, depending on the situation. Returns in the event of a complaint must always be agreed with customer service in advance.

Grocery shopping
Ordinary right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by traders. Any return for commercial purchases must be agreed separately with Uno Vita AS, and administration fees, return fees or other costs may apply.

International shipments
For customers outside Norway, it is important to be aware that Uno Vita AS does not normally charge local VAT, customs duties or other public charges for dispatch until further notice. When imported into the recipient country, local VAT/VAT, customs duties, customs clearance costs or a small import fee may therefore be required by the local authorities or carrier before delivery.

These costs are paid by the customer in the receiving country. If an international customer chooses not to accept the delivery, does not respond to the carrier's inquiries, or does not pay local taxes and fees, the shipment may be returned to Uno Vita AS. In such cases, Uno Vita AS reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping, customs processing costs, import-related fees and other direct costs before any refund is made. Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in substantially the same condition as when it was sent.

Back order, pre-order and partial delivery
If an order contains goods that are not in stock, the order can be sent together when all goods are available, unless otherwise agreed. If the customer wants partial delivery, this must be agreed separately, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Warranty
Where relevant, products are supplied with a guarantee in accordance with what is stated for the individual product. The guarantee normally covers manufacturing defects and material defects, but not damage caused by incorrect use, negligence, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, unauthorized interventions or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of liability
Uno Vita AS is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, operating losses, lost profits or other financial consequences arising from the use or non-use of products, unless otherwise follows from mandatory legislation. Information on our websites and in our material is provided in good faith and is not intended to replace medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

Force majeure
Uno Vita AS is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment caused by conditions beyond our control, including transport problems, import restrictions, government orders, natural events, power outages, strikes, pandemics or other extraordinary conditions.

Disputes
Any disputes between Uno Vita AS and the customer must be resolved amicably. If this is not successful, relevant rules under Norwegian law apply. For consumer purchases, the rights the consumer has according to current legislation apply.

Changes in Terms
Uno Vita AS reserves the right to update or change these purchase terms if necessary. The applicable terms will always be those published on our website at the time of the order.
