Safe Trade at UNO Vita AS:
We follow current legislation for consumer purchases, including the Consumer Purchase Act and the Right of Repeal. We put customer service at the forefront and offer you a variety of rights and guarantees to ensure a safe and comfortable trade with us.

Privacy:
Your personal information (email, address etc.) is confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties. We process your information in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Prices and fees:
All prices on our website are included Norwegian Value Added Tax (VAT). For customers outside Norway, the net price excl. VAT. in the checkout before payment. You can be charged local VAT. and import fees for shipments outside Norway.

Order and payment:
Order items easily on our website or by contacting us. We offer various payment methods such as credit cards, Vipps and bank transfer for your security and convenience.

Delivery:
We strive to deliver your goods quickly and efficiently, normally within 30 days of ordering. Goods in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. For larger treatment systems or special orders, the delivery time may vary. We will then contact you for further agreement if the delivery time deviates from what is stated in advance.

Tracking of order:
Follow your order on our website or by contacting us. We will send you a tracking link when your order is shipped.

Right of withdraw:
You have 30 days of right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item. To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must give us written notice (e-mail, letter) within the deadline. Return the item to us in original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. You cover the cost of return shipping, except if the item has an error or is damaged. In these cases, we cover the return shipping and send you a return label.

Lack of item:
If you discover a defect in the item, you can advertise us within a reasonable time after you discover it. You can choose between getting the item corrected, getting a new item, price reduction or raising the purchase. We cover the cost of return shipping upon return due to deficiency.

Return of goods:
The return of goods must be agreed with us in advance. You can find more information about returning on our website or by contacting us.

Warranty:
We offer warranty on all our products. The warranty period varies from product to product. You can find more information about a guarantee on our website or by contacting us.

Disputes:
Disputes between Uno Vita AS and customers should be solved in amicable. If this is not successful, you can take the matter to the Consumer Council or the Consumer Authority.

Supplement to return terms:
The return costs are borne by the customer, cf. Section 25 of the Repeal Act. For companies and traders (food purchases), the Purchase Act applies and you do not have the same right of withdrawal. However, Uno Vita can grant return and accept that the purchase is raised on request. In that case, a return and administration fee of minimum will be added. 500,-or 5 % of the order value if the order is above NOK. 1
