Magnesium bicarbonate is the most convenient way to replenish your body with the necessary amount of Magnesium. Very high bioavailability, no Calcium present, and bicarbonate helps maintaining the blood pH. 

Description
An adult body contains approximately 25 g magnesium, with 50% to 60% present in the bones and most of the rest in soft tissues. In daily work and exercise / sport, Magnesium plays a fundamental role in optimal muscle functions and energy metabolism. Magnesium helps in decreasing fatigue feelings. Magnesium and Calcium are antagonists. This means that a high concentration of Magnesium helps the body to excrete Calcium from the soft tissues.s. Magnesium bicarbonate is the most convenient way to replenish your body with the necessary amount of Magnesium. Very high bio-availability, no Calcium present, and bicarbonate helps maintaining the blood pH. This product is suited to help the body excrete excess of Calcium. The Calcium / Magnesium ratio as determined in the Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis or Oligoscan can be adjusted to normal values within several months. The solution is a concentrate (50 g/L Magnesium bicarbonate) and has to be diluted before use! This bottle suits your needs during 4-8 weeks, depending on the dilution applied.

Supplement facts
Ingredience. Water, Carbon dioxide, minerals (Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium)
Serving per 30 ml: (1 measuring cup): Magnesium (as bicarbonate) 1,5 g. (143% RI), Potassium bicarbonate 65 mg (1% RI), Sodium bicarbonate 65 mg.

Usage: Add one measuring cup (30 ml) of RelaXXX Plus to a 1 liter bottle with water (preferably pure water or mineral water without Sodium, like Spa blue). Store the stock solution and the drink in the refrigerator. Drink the diluted liquid during the day in intervals (4 glasses of 250 ml). If you like, or after a new HTMA  or Oligoscan test with a better Ca / Mg ratio you can use an maintenance dosage of 1/2 cup RelaXXX per liter per day.

Safety:
DO NOT DRINK THE CONCENTRATED SOLUTION. When using nutritional supplements, please consult with your physician if you are undergoing treatment for a medical condition or if you are pregnant or lactating.

Important:
The bottle has to be stored in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before use. This is to maintain as much as carbon dioxide in the bottle as possible. Do not shake the RelaXXX bottle. Close the bottle after usage and store after usage in the refrigerator. Some white deposit can be formed after a while when carbon dioxide escapes from the concentrated solution. This is Magnesium carbonate, do not worry.
