830nm Wavelength (near infrared light)

Whole body treatment
If you want to treat the entire length of the body (from head to toe) at the same time, there are two things to think about:

You can use multiple panels (they can be connected to one) and add the lengths such as 2 x RH1500 then gives a total length of the panels with 176 cm. The other is the area the light covers depending on the distance from the panel to the body. The lenses emit light in 30 degree angle. This means that the light hits a larger area a separate length the further away you come from the panel, so it is natural to think that the panels cover a somewhat larger area than the specified length and width.
There is also nothing in the way of treating part of the body first and the next part afterwards, although in most cases many people treat the upper part of the body as the first priority.

Effect and time
You can treat right down to approx. 10 cm distance, but you have to adjust the time (normally no more than 10 minutes at 10 cm distance) so that you are not overheated on one large panel. If you increase the distance to the double, the relative brightness becomes half, then you can treat up to 20 minutes on one side. So the rules are double distance, half as much energy. One should use the protective glasses that come with if the panel is close or you are long. If the panel is 20 cm or more away, do not wear protective glasses, but just keep your eyes again. Red and near infrared (NIR) are not harmful to the eyes when there is no laser, but if the light is strong and you are close to you should exercise caution.

1. How does reddish therapy work?

3. What is the difference between red and near-infrared light therapy?
Answer: Red and near-infrared Light therapy is the same except for two differences: Red light is visible and near-infrared light is invisible. Near-infrared light penetrates the body deeper than red light.

4. How much can I use reddish therapy?
Answer: This depends on the condition you treat and the device you use. For most conditions, daily use is recommended for at least two weeks, followed by a one or twice weekly maintenance regime. It is generally advantageous with many shorter treatments rather than few long.

5. Do I have to continue using the light just as much when I start seeing results?
Answer: Yes. Just because you see results does not mean that your skin cells are done doing their job.
