Dr. Hering’s Law of Cure from an integrated and electromedical perspective
A holistic and integrated approach to health

Hering’s fundamental laws of healing chronic conditions
No. 1 - Hering’s first law: Healing from the inside out
Hering’s first law suggests that healing begins in the body’s innermost layers, such as emotions or internal organs, and moves toward outer layers such as muscles or skin.
One example of the application of Hering’s first law.
An imbalance in the gut microbiota can lead to inflammatory reactions that worsen skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema. A healthy gut flora contributes to a stronger immune system and better nutrient absorption, which in turn has a positive effect on the skin. In this case, the gut (the inner) must be healed before the skin can become healthy again (the outer)

Seen from an electromedical perspective where normal voltage across the cell membrane (the “battery effect”) should average -70 mV (millivolts) for the cell and the organ/organs to function normally, cell voltage must be restored before good health can be normalized. The body has at least 5 electrical “channels,” of which the meridian system is one of them. If voltage is low in the lung system, it can affect skin health, as the skin “loses” voltage to the lungs and vice versa.
From an electromagnetic perspective, high-priority organs (heart, brain, kidneys, lungs, etc.) are the first to receive a supply of energy when there is a general energy deficit. This means, for example, that if there is too little voltage in the lung circuit, the body will prioritize the lungs over the skin.
No. 2 - Hering’s second law: Healing occurs in the reverse chronological order of the symptom(s)
The second law states that symptoms disappear in the reverse order of their appearance, or when they arose.
One example of the application of Hering’s second law.
A person has pain in the right arm. Treatment with electromedical equipment (light, laser, microcurrents/frequencies, pulsed fields (PEMF), etc.) is initiated. After some treatments, the client reports that the pain in the right arm has disappeared, but that old pain in the neck has returned. The nearest cause of the pain in the arm came from the neck. As treatment continues, the neck pain also improves, but now it has “moved” to the lower back and pelvis. This was the area where the imbalance in the skeleton originally arose. Continued treatment resulted in the client becoming completely free of pain, but a somewhat “unexpected” event occurred. The client experienced a week during which a lot of unresolved anger came to the surface. The root cause of the problem (physically, pain will always be associated with low cell voltage) was an old emotional pattern which, when it was resolved, allowed the body to produce normal voltage and restore balance. Here you can see an example of how the first two laws work together. The first law concerns the inner, and in this case the client’s emotional inner state.
Electromagnetic therapies can facilitate this feedback process by correcting the body’s electrical imbalances that must be restored for the client to become physically healthy.
No. 3 Hering’s third law: Healing proceeds from the upper to the lower part of the body and downward
According to Hering, healing develops from the upper part of the body toward the lower parts. This is consistent with the idea that the body’s electromagnetic fields prioritize healing in essential organs before moving on to less vital systems. In addition, clients with chronic illness or chronic imbalance in their electrical system must “have their head with them” for the rest of the body to heal. In short, one must want to get well, be motivated, and accept that emotions are most often part of a chronic disease picture.

Physiological electromagnetic effects of low voltage at the cellular level in brief
Our understanding is influenced by the pioneer Dr. Jerry Tennant (including author of the book Healing is Voltage) regarding the significance of the electrical aspect of cellular function (low voltage), namely that it is always a precursor to disease. There are naturally millions of examples since this applies to ALL chronic diseases. Nevertheless, we choose to explain one example here. The body and cells CANNOT become cancer cells if the voltage is normal. If cancer growth develops, these cells have abnormally low cell voltage, which causes, among other things, metabolism to be disrupted and is a prerequisite for cancer to grow and spread. Simply put (not always equally simple to carry out), if one manages to maintain the voltage at the cellular level, these cells cannot become cancer cells.
Examples of low voltage.
1. Low pH (acidic tissue): Low pH causes the voltage to drop, leading to an acidic environment where disease can flourish. Low pH (or potential hydrogen) is actually fluid that has a deficit of electrons. That is the same as being acidic and causes the voltage in water to drop. Since 99% of all molecules in the body are water, the correct pH, or acid/base balance, is critical to our health.
2. Hypoxia: Reduced availability of oxygen can result in lower cell voltage, which hinders healing processes. Cells that already have low voltage will have difficulty taking in oxygen ions quickly enough to maintain normal energy conversion (ATP-ADP-ATP etc.) and may therefore contribute to the development of disease.
3. Toxicity: Toxins can drain the cell’s energy, reduce the voltage, and thereby its ability to function properly. Poisons or toxins usually have a positive charge and are oxidants. In electrical terms, this means that these substances “steal” electrons or, in everyday language, battery voltage from cell membranes, etc.
4. Poor nutrition: A lack of essential nutrients can lead to low cellular voltage, which undermines the body’s natural healing processes. One example is that if you have electrolyte imbalances (minerals and trace elements dissolved in water) and lack potassium and sodium, the cells cannot create a normal electrical potential (difference between – and + on the inside and outside of the cell membrane). Furthermore, the body cannot build healthy functional cells without the necessary building blocks (nutrients)
5. Scars and emotional stress: Both physical scars and emotional stress can create localized areas of low voltage, disrupt the body’s energy flow, and possibly cause chronic illness. Physical scars can disrupt electrical pathways. Emotional stress and trauma (“scars”) can form electrical patterns in the body’s organs and thus electrical systems that can make healing more difficult. When the body is stressed, it also detoxifies poorly (the effect in point 3 occurs) because organs such as the kidneys, liver, and stomach are given lower priority in favor of blood and oxygen to the heart, brain, and muscles so that you can “fight a lion.”

Integrating Hering’s laws and cellular voltage
When we look at them together, Hering’s laws and the electromedical understanding of the body and health give us an interdisciplinary perspective on health:
Low cellular voltage and healing from the inside out: Healing of the internal, vital organs may require addressing low-voltage factors such as pH levels and hypoxia first.
Going through symptoms and voltage: As symptoms disappear in reverse order (Hering’s second law), this may correlate with a sequential rebalancing of cellular voltage. Healing from the upper to the lower part of the body and voltage: The body’s prioritization of vital organs may involve restoring the best possible voltage levels in cells belonging to these critical systems before it addresses the less vital systems.
Conclusion
By combining Hering’s laws of healing and our integrative medical factors for low voltage, we develop an integrated, holistic framework that incorporates the best of classical and modern understandings of health and disease. The importance of electromagnetic properties and frequency in health is emphasized, creating a solid model for future medical approaches. These perspectives not only provide a broader understanding of health. The integrated perspective brings together the wisdom of two different, yet compatible viewpoints, enriching our collective understanding of health and disease from both a biological and an electromagnetic standpoint.
