No. 1 – The water must be purified
Option a). You can choose a simple and good water jug with filter, such as Aquaphor Onyx. It removes the vast majority (over 65 different chemicals and heavy metals). The product provides a clear improvement of ordinary tap water, in a reasonable and simple way.
Option b). You choose an advanced J. SHMIDT A500 water purifier with motorized pump (standard charging via USB cable included) Has the market's most advanced filter for jugs that removes 99.9% of all contaminants down to 0.1 micron, this includes viruses and bacteria. It is simply the best we know of, in its price range. If you use ordinary tap water as a starting point, you get very clean water right on the kitchen counter. Requires charging and changing the filter regularly (in normal use every 3 months). The filter is not expensive.
Option c). Crystal ECO undercounter water filter system. You get a three-stage filter fixed under the kitchen sink, a separate tap is included. The filter is easy to install, and requires minimal maintenance; change the filter approx. 1 time per year provides extremely clean water. Requires a plumber to connect under the sink. Crystal ECO is reasonable in relation to the quality of the water you get.
No. 2 – Add molecular hydrogen and energy to the water
Hydrogen water has many advantages. Water with hydrogen gas in microbubbles is "hot" internationally and new research is constantly being done on all the health-promoting properties. The H2 molecule is the smallest in the universe, which allows it to pass cell membranes (including the blood-brain barrier) and enter the mitochondria. H2 easily reacts with the toxic hydroxyl radical (the most reactive and oxidative free radical in the body) and turns it into harmless water.

No. 3 – Add water structure and increased electrical energy
What now? It is now that we could write a thesis and explain all the ways in which you can add structure to the water so that it resembles the water inside your cells (structured water often referred to as "gel water" or EZ water), as well as contribute to the separation of OH- and H+ ions. This contributes, among other things, to to increased electrical charge and energy to do work in the body. There are many ways to recharge water and create structure, but most are expensive. Now we have found Biotite which is cheap and effective and therefore recommend this regardless of other solutions. By using Biotite H302 liquid crystal minerals, both structure is achieved and any residual toxins are neutralized.
Add a few drops per liter of Biotite H302 in the finished water and let it stand for a few minutes before drinking it. You can add Biotite before or after you make Hydrogen water and let the water stand for a while before drinking it. To the extent that you do not feel you have the finances to acquire a hydrogen water generator, adding Biotite will make all water better and give it structure. The more polluted the water is, the longer it should stand while Biotite neutralizes waste substances. If you do not have the opportunity to clean the water, we recommend that you use fresh tap water (let it run until it is cold and clear) and pour it into a glass water jug. Then put a few drops (or more if the water is cloudy) into the water and leave it overnight. The water is now significantly better than it was even without purification.
