Liposomal Glutathione (Quicksilver Scientific)

Liposomal Glutathione from Quicksilver Scientific is a liquid dietary supplement formulated with reduced glutathione (GSH) delivered in small, stable phospholipid capsules (liposomes). This technology allows glutathione to be absorbed more efficiently in the body compared to traditional capsule or powder forms. The product has added phosphatidylcholine from purified sunflower lecithin and natural aromas (lemon/mint or cocoa/mint) for a fresh taste. Delivered with a cold chain and ice packs, and should be kept in a refrigerator upon receipt. Net volume: 50 ml.

Health benefits
Glutathione is often referred to as the body's "master antioxidant" and is found in all cells with particularly high concentrations in the liver. Although there are no EFSA-approved health claims for glutathione, research shows that supplementation can have several beneficial effects:

• Can help reduce oxidative stress by neutralizing free radicals and supporting the cells' defense system.
• Can support the body's natural detoxification processes through the liver and contribute to the excretion of waste substances.
• Can strengthen the immune system by maintaining a normal redox balance in the cells.
• May promote healthy aging by protecting cells from oxidative damage.
• Can support skin health by helping to protect against environmental influences and stress.
• Can contribute to normal energy turnover by supporting the function of the mitochondria.
• Can have a positive effect on mental clarity and cognitive function by protecting nerve cells against oxidative stress.
