Light spectrum and wavelengths
RLPRO2000L 9 Waves uses the following wavelengths: 480 nm, 590 nm, 630 nm, 660 nm, 670 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, 850 nm and 1060 nm. This provides a real full spectrum from superficial visible light to deep near-infrared penetration. Blue and yellow light are primarily used in superficial skin and clarity routines. Red light in the range 630–670 nm is central to photobiomodulation and is often used in routines related to skin quality, circulation and general cellular support. Near-infrared light from 810 to 1060 nm provides deeper tissue penetration and is often used in recovery, comfort, relaxation and whole-body oriented programs.

General recommendations for using the Luci Phi programs
Start with 50% light intensity and a minimum distance of 30 cm for full-body use. Gradually increase intensity and duration after getting used to it. Near-infrared light can be used alone if pulsating visible light is perceived as too intense. Sessions over 30 minutes each time are not usually recommended, but rather more frequent shorter sessions.

Use and dosage
The panel is normally placed 20–40 cm from the body for full-body use. A typical session lasts 10-20 minutes per area or 15-30 minutes for the whole body, 3-5 times per week or as part of a daily wellness routine. Intensity, wavelengths and pulse frequency are individually adjusted via touch screen, app or remote control.
