    • Daily dose: 1–3 grams (1 teaspoon equals 2.5 grams).
    • Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Tips for new use

  • If you experience digestive problems or sleep disorders, this may indicate too high a dose. Reduce to one capsule daily and gradually increase to the desired dose.
