Recommended dosage:

• Maintenance use: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Intensive use: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) twice daily for up to 5 days. Then you can go back to 1 teaspoon daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

For best absorption, hold the liquid in your mouth for 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing, and take it on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.
