Instructions for use
- Daily use: Place the gel insoles in your shoes with the active electro-pulse therapy unit correctly positioned. The insoles should be worn throughout the day for continuous relief.
- Night use: Remove the gel soles from the shoes and insert them into the overnight wraps. Use the night wraps throughout the night for uninterrupted pain relief.
