No. 1 – The water must be purified
Option a). You can choose a simple and good water pitcher with a filter, such as Aquaphor Onyx. It removes the vast majority of contaminants (more than 65 different chemicals and heavy metals). The product provides a clear improvement to regular tap water, in an affordable and simple way.
Option b). You choose an advanced J. SHMIDT A500 water purifier with a motorized pump (standard charging via USB cable included). It has the market’s most advanced filter for pitchers, removing 99.9% of all contaminants down to 0.1 micron, including viruses and bacteria. Quite simply, it is the best one we know of in its price range. If regular tap water is your starting point, you get very clean water right on your kitchen counter. Requires charging and regular filter replacement (with normal use, every 3 months). The filter is not expensive.
Option c). Crystal ECO under-sink water filtration system. You get a permanently installed three-stage filter under the kitchen sink, and a separate faucet is included. No. 3 – Add structure and increased electrical energy to the water
What now? This is where we could write a dissertation and explain all the ways you can add structure to the water so that it resembles the water inside your cells (structured water often referred to as “gel water” or EZ water), while also contributing to the separation of OH- and H+ ions. This contributes, among other things, to increased electrical charge and energy to do work in the body. There are many ways to charge water and create structure, but most are costly. We have now found Biotite, which is inexpensive and effective, and therefore recommend this regardless of other solutions. By using Biotite H302 liquid crystal minerals, both structure is achieved and any remaining toxins are neutralized.
Add a few drops of Biotite H302 per liter to the prepared water and let it stand for a few minutes before drinking it. You can add Biotite before or after making hydrogen water and let the water stand a little before drinking it. If you do not feel you can afford to purchase a hydrogen water generator, adding Biotite will improve all water and give it structure. The more contaminated the water is, the longer it should stand while Biotite neutralizes waste substances. If you do not have the opportunity to purify the water, we recommend using fresh tap water (let it run until it is cold and clear) and pouring it into a glass water jug.
