Nature’s most perfect mineral blend?

Uno Vita AS |

Fulvic and humic acid full of organic bioavailable minerals

Fulvic acid (UnoTrace Fulvic Acid) continues to surprise with a range of positive effects on the body and our cells.

  • May contribute to increased electrical voltage across the cell membrane
  • Contributes to better nutrient absorption
  • Acts as a selective antioxidant
  • Supports detoxification
  • Supplies the body with minerals in a natural and easily absorbable form

The word "organic" means by definition that a substance contains carbon. The body recognizes minerals best when they are attached to carbon compounds. There is a reason why food is the most biologically available source of minerals. Minerals in water are meant to be carried together with organic acids such as carbonic acid (a mixture of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, which develops when water attracts carbon dioxide from the air) and fulvic acids from the soil. This makes them much easier to absorb, and the body can make use of their contents.

Fulvic acids are large organic molecules produced by aerobic microbes. Their elemental composition is simple: Carbon (C), Hydrogen (H), Oxygen (O), Nitrogen (N) and Sulfur (S) – the same basic elements that are prerequisites for life on Earth. We know that the structure of fulvic acids includes several cavities ("buckyballs" or C60) molecules that can hold minerals, vitamins and other plant compounds. Fulvic acid is crucial for healthy soil, for plants to grow and thrive, and for the health of humans and animals. Inorganic minerals (which are not bound to carbon) tend to form molecular structures that are too large to be absorbed at the cellular level. Fulvic acid converts the inorganic minerals into molecular organic complexes as they are found in nature.

Fulvic acid is much more than an effective carrier of minerals.
In addition to binding and delivering important minerals, fulvic acid functions as electrolytes, enzymes, antioxidants, antibiotics, buffers, and clears out heavy metals and other toxins. The acids improve nutrient absorption by increasing cellular permeability, they accelerate metabolic reactions, neutralize free radicals, buffer pH in soil and water, and may neutralize pesticides, radioactive compounds and other toxins. No other known biological substances can modify so many electrochemical and metabolic processes. No wonder fulvic acids are considered miraculous – they are. Hundreds have been identified as part of the humic structure in healthy soil. They function in so many ways in a healthy ecosystem that they have been referred to as the missing link in modern agriculture.

Fulvic acids as electrolytes
Electrolytes are minerals in ionic form (they have an electrical charge). They dissolve in water and produce a solution that conducts electrical current.  Fulvic acids are poly-electrolytes. They have so many binding sites that they can function as both positively and negatively charged electrolytes at the same time.

Our cells can be compared to batteries.
Cell membranes can store and release energy as needed. It is important that the electrical potential of each cell remains charged and the voltage normal. Life depends on cellular electrical potential. Fulvic acids function as battery chargers and have immediate cellular revitalizing properties, making the cells more permeable so they can maximally absorb nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional components.

Fulvic acid as antioxidants
Fulvic acid is a "two-way superantioxidant," with the ability to neutralize all types of free radicals. They can function as an acceptor or a donor in the re-establishment of electrochemical balance. Fulvic acid can also reduce mineral compounds from higher oxidative states that may not be biologically available, in order to lower oxidative states where they can be used.

Enzyme activators
An enzyme is a catalyst that speeds up a chemical process without becoming part of the reaction. Research has shown that fulvic acids enhance many enzymatic reactions.

Antibiotics
Recent studies show that fulvic acids often contain compounds that act as antimicrobial, antiviral, and antifungal agents alone or in combination with other remedies. A large number of studies show that extracts of humus (especially fulvic acid) can effectively and safely kill many viruses, including retroviruses, influenza viruses, and herpes simplex virus. Many of these effects can be attributed to the interaction with other organic molecules as well as antioxidant properties. To date, no adverse side effects have been noted in the extensive literature.

Heavy metal and toxin "vacuum cleaner"
Cells have the ability to accept or reject minerals transported by the fulvic acids.  Fulvic acid has the ability to bind to and remove heavy metals and other toxins already present in a biological system (your body, your cells). Another important property of the substances in humic and fulvic acid is their absorptive interaction with environmental toxins.  Fulvic acid attacks toxic organic compounds such as pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, and pharmaceutical products.  Studies show that fulvic and humic acids neutralize or deactivate these pollutants in water, soil, and sewage. Fulvic and humic acid were used at Chernobyl to break down radioactive material more quickly. Radioactive substances react rapidly with fulvic acid, forming non-radioactive organic and metallic molecules.  Fulvic acid solutions have been ingested by humans for years, and they have never caused any poisoning. Ironically, toxicity occurs when fulvic acids are not present. The natural diet of plants, animals, and humans has included fulvic acids for thousands of years.

Acid/base and pH buffers
Fulvic acids are excellent pH buffers. Because they contain so many binding sites, they are able to absorb both acidic and alkaline ions that could otherwise affect pH. This is invaluable in soil, where plants only absorb nutrients within a specific pH range. Likewise, our bodies are completely dependent on the correct pH, or acid/base balance, for the body and organs to function optimally.

Fulvic acids in water
Fulvic acids play an important role in the formation of full-spectrum, living, naturally healthy water. They are a natural part of the water in streams and rivers, balancing minerals and making them available to living organisms. When fulvic acids are added to water, they bring structure and vitality to the water. Alive with nature’s energy, fulvic acids contribute to a naturally healthy structure in the water. Unfortunately, fulvic acids are routinely removed during water treatment in public purification facilities. This is because when chlorine is added, they form toxic by-products called trihalomethanes (THMs). The process destroys nature’s way of providing minerals in an available form. That is why an important part of normalizing water (after purification) is to add fulvic acid before you drink it.

How to use fulvic acid in water
Always start with the best water possible (purified and preferably hydrogenated). Do not use unpurified water containing chlorine or fluoride. Add 1-9 drops (depending on the volume, 3 drops for one glass) of fulvic acid before use. Feel free to add a little (1/4 teaspoon) Real Salt to the glass. If you have one of our structuring solutions, this is a good time to finish by increasing the structure of the water.

NOTE: Fulvic acids may have a powerful cleansing effect. Pay attention to your body. Start slowly, and if you notice symptoms of cleansing or detoxification, take a break and start again with a lower dose.

When can I benefit from drinking purified, structured, and hydrogenated water with added fulvic acid?
Of course, you can simply drink purified/clean water with fulvic acid, but if you want optimal results, you can do more with the water.

a) Drink water with fulvic acid on an empty stomach
Helps improve the absorption of nutrients present in your intestines

Helps cleanse the intestines
Helps detoxify the body
Helps distribute the fulvic acid throughout the body so it can revitalize the cells
Helps improve the digestion of the food that follows
Has a general detoxifying effect

b) Drink water with fulvic acid together with food, supplements, and other remedies

  • Helps improve the absorption of everything you consume
  • Helps bind toxins and heavy metals in food and render them harmless

General effects of using fulvic acid

  • Improves digestion and strengthens the immune system
  • Improves nutrient absorption
  • May help counteract cognitive problems
  • Improves the body's ability to eliminate toxins (waste)
  • Reduces the presence of free radicals (oxidative stress)
  • Contributes to more energy and less pain
  • May help repair and protect the skin (can also be applied to the skin when strongly diluted)
