Vitamin D3 & K2 liquid drops
Vitamin D3 & K2 liquid drops are a dietary supplement developed for adults who want a practical supply of vitamin D and vitamin K in liquid form. The product combines vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) in an oil-based formulation with MCT oil from coconut. Each drop contains 50 mcg of vitamin D3 (2000 IU) and 20 mcg of vitamin K2. The liquid formulation makes it easy to dose the product directly in the mouth or in a drink.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal uptake and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to maintaining normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D also contributes to normal calcium levels in the blood and has a role in the cell division process. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to maintaining normal bones.

The product is formulated without gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts according to the manufacturer's information. The liquid form provides approximately 1,000 drops per bottle, which provides a long usage time with daily dosing.

Warnings
EFSA has set the tolerable upper intake limit (UL) for vitamin D 100 µg (4000 IU) per day for adults. This applies total intake from diet, fortified foods and all supplements. Do not exceed this without a doctor and blood tests. Measure your 25(OH)D level in the blood after 8–12 weeks of use and adjust the dose individually.
