SoftSilver™ grounding pillow: Advanced grounding for sleep, peace and well-being

SoftSilver™ grounding pillows represent the latest generation of grounding products, designed to promote sleep quality, reduce stress and inflammation, and support the body's natural electrical balance. The cushion is made with a unique weave of ultra-fine silver threads which gives high conductivity and at the same time pleasant softness. With grounding function on both sides, you are always grounded, no matter how you position your head.

Benefits and health effects
Effective grounding: Helps to balance the body's electrical charge and reduce the levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which can lead to better sleep and inner peace.
EMF shielding: The silver fibers provide protection against high-frequency fields (WiFi, 4G/5G, Bluetooth) and low-frequency electric fields from household appliances.

Size: 50 × 75 cm (standard pillowcase).
Material: Outer surface: 100% silver. Inner: 20% silver, 80% chinlon.
Wire: Supplied with 6 m coiled connection cable for flexible placement.
Connection: No plug included as standard, as the pillow case is most often used together with the grounding sheet. The plug from the sheet can be used for two grounding products at the same time.
Conductivity: Both sides are conductive for easy use regardless of sleeping position.

Use and connection
• Attach the cord to the metal button on the pillow case.
• Connect the other end to a grounded outlet or grounding spike.
• Feel free to use together with the grounding sheet for whole-body grounding.
• The socket does not need to be switched on - the earthing function is active anyway.

Maintenance and washing
• Wash every 2 weeks in case of direct skin contact, otherwise approx. 1 time per month.
• Use machine wash at 40 °C with liquid detergent without bleach or fabric softener.
• Air dry. Avoid tumble dryers, dry cleaning and detergents with strong fragrances.
• Check that the washing machine's drawer is free of residues of bleach or oxy-agents.
• Wait at least one hour after using skin creams or oils before lying on the pillowcase.
• Silver can develop natural discoloration over time, without this affecting its conductivity.

Why grounding is important
• The earth acts as a large reservoir of electrons that can neutralize free radicals.
• We live in an environment characterized by WiFi, mobile networks, Bluetooth and electrical appliances - all of this creates electromagnetic noise. Grounding reduces measurable voltages in the body.
• The body is controlled by electrical signals (nerve impulses, heartbeat, muscle contractions). When the cell membrane's resting potential (~ –70 mV) is stabilized, the cells function more efficiently.

Safety
• Always use the supplied cable.
• If you are unsure whether the socket is earthed, use an earthing spike.
• Position the cable so that it does not pose a tripping hazard.
• When using with a laptop/tablet while charging, you may experience slight tingling. This is harmless, but can be avoided by disconnecting the charger, using an external mouse/keyboard or grounding the device.

Does the switch have to be on? No.
Can I use an extension cord? Yes, if it is grounded.
Can I use the product abroad? Yes, but some adapters lack ground. Use a soil spike if you are unsure.
How long should I ground myself? The more time, the better. Sleep is especially beneficial.
How long does the pillowcase last? 2–3 years with daily use, depending on maintenance.
