Smart Ice Class 4 Laser Therapy System (Class IV professional laser therapy)
Smart Ice Class 4 Laser Therapy System (Class IV professional laser therapy) has been reordered and will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
Smart Ice Class 4 laser therapy is a professional laser therapy system developed for pain reduction, tissue healing and faster rehabilitation in clinical practice. The system is delivered in the top model SMART ICE-S60D with up to 60W power, four wavelengths and CE marking, FDA approval, RoHS compliance and production according to ISO standards. Compared to simpler low-energy lasers, higher power results in deeper penetration and shorter treatment time, which is relevant for musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries and wound treatment.
The system can be configured with four to five wavelengths: 635nm, 810nm, 915nm, 980nm and 1064nm. This makes it possible to adapt the treatment to different tissue types and clinical goals. 635nm is often used for wound healing and scar tissue in superficial skin tissue. 810nm is associated with increased ATP production and support for muscles and tendons. 915nm contributes to oxygen transport and nutrient delivery in tissues. 980nm is used for pain relief through the influence of peripheral receptors. 1064nm provides greater penetration depth in the dermis and underlying structures, with lower absorption in melanin and hemoglobin than several shorter wavelengths.
- Up to 60W power for deeper tissue penetration and shorter treatment time
- Four wavelengths standard, with 915nm as an optional addition for wider clinical use
- Processing modes such as CW, pulse, simple and B-mode with pulsing from 1 to 20 KHz
- Interchangeable treatment heads in Φ9mm, Φ20mm and optionally Φ120mm for precision or larger treatment surfaces
- Cloud-based management system for patient profiles and secure storage of treatment data
- Digital thermal imaging for real-time visualization before, during and after treatment
SMART ICE-S60D is built with GaAlAs diode laser, air cooling, pilot beam of 635nm 500mW and power supply of AC100 to 240V, 50/60Hz. The unit measures 425 x 465 x 310 mm, weighs 20 kg and is delivered with a trolley as standard from Uno Vita. The system also includes thermal imaging for assessment and follow-up of treatment areas. This is useful in clinics that want more objective visualization of inflammation, circulation or local heat development.
In practice, the system is used for conditions such as neck and back pain, shoulder and knee pain, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, bursitis, sciatica, prolapse-related complaints, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunction, migraine, peripheral nerve damage, wound healing and reduction of scar tissue. For a chiropractor, physiotherapist, pain clinic or sports medicine practice, this means that the same platform can cover both acute and chronic problems. Compared to single wavelength systems, this provides greater flexibility when treating both superficial skin tissue and deeper musculoskeletal structures.
Safety and operation are ensured with wavelength-adapted safety glasses with optical density 5+, as well as a waterproof, shockproof and dustproof travel case. The unit is designed for over 10,000 operating hours and comes with a 3-year warranty. Other models in the series include SMART ICE-S45D, SMART ICE-S30D, SMART ICE-S60B and SMART ICE-S30B, which vary in power and wavelength setup. For clinics that want professional Class IV laser therapy with documentable specifications, a wide range of applications and modern control functions, this is a relevant solution for efficient and precise photobiomodulation.
