Recommended use
Take 1 drop every other day with a meal or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Keep total intake below 100 µg UL. Measure blood values when using >50 µg
Warnings
EFSA has set the tolerable upper intake limit (UL) for vitamin D 100 µg (4000 IU) per day for adults. This applies total intake from diet, fortified foods and all supplements. Do not exceed this without a doctor and blood tests. Measure your 25(OH)D level in the blood after 8–12 weeks of use and adjust the dose individually.
