D3K2 ReSet® – vegan vitamin D3 and K2
D3K2 ReSet® is a plant-based dietary supplement developed for adults who want a vegan supplement with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in one capsule daily. The product combines vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lichen with vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) and a plant-based barley powder called RnA ReSet®. Recommended use
Take 1 capsule daily with food. This product provides 100 µg of vitamin D3 per capsule - which corresponds to EFSA's upper safe limit (UL). Use only 1 capsule daily unless your doctor recommends otherwise. Never combine with other D3 supplements without a blood test and medical follow-up

Warnings:
EFSA has set the tolerable upper intake limit (UL) for vitamin D 100 µg (4000 IU) per day for adults. This applies total intake from diet, fortified foods and all supplements. Do not exceed this without a doctor and blood tests. Measure your 25(OH)D level in the blood after 8–12 weeks of use and adjust the dose individually.”
