AQUAPHOR Daisy shower head with filter stones - filtering shower head for fresher shower water
AQUAPHOR Daisy is an elegant shower head with integrated, replaceable filter stones that help reduce unwanted substances in the shower water, such as chlorine, rust, sediments, mechanical particles and some heavy metals. The result is a more pleasant shower experience with water that can be experienced as cleaner, fresher and gentler on the skin, scalp and hair. Daisy fits into most bathrooms and comes in two stylish designs: classic chrome and modern black.
AQUAPHOR Daisy combines a beautiful and functional shower head with simple water filtration directly in the handle. The visible filter stones help to reduce chlorine and impurities in the shower water, while the shower head provides three different jet settings for a more personalized shower experience. The filter stones are easy to change, and regular replacement helps to maintain optimal filtering effect.
Advantages
AQUAPHOR Daisy has been developed for those who want an easier way to improve the quality of the shower water without installing an extensive filter system. The shower head can help reduce chlorine odors and unwanted particles in the water, which gives a more pleasant feeling during and after showering. Many people find that filtered shower water feels gentler on the skin and gentler on the hair, especially in areas where the water has a distinct smell of chlorine, rust particles or varying municipal water quality.
By reducing chlorine and mechanical impurities, Daisy can help the skin feel less dried out after a shower, and the hair feels softer, smoother and easier to care for. The product is therefore well suited for daily use, for families, for people who want better shower comfort, and for anyone who wants a more comfortable alternative to ordinary shower heads without filtration.
Filtration with replaceable mineral stones
The filter in AQUAPHOR Daisy consists of replaceable filter stones located in the handle of the shower head. The filter medium helps to reduce chlorine, rust, sediments and other mechanical impurities that can occur in shower water. This is particularly useful in homes where the shower water has a distinct smell of chlorine, visible particles, discoloration from old pipes or a general feeling of being "hard" or drying to the skin and hair.
Daisy is not a full-fledged water softener and does not remove limescale in the same way as a dedicated descaling or ion exchange system. The product is primarily developed for filtration and improved shower comfort, not for technical lime treatment of the entire home's water system.
Three beam settings
AQUAPHOR Daisy has three different spray settings that make it easy to adapt the shower as needed. The powerful setting provides a more concentrated stream of water, the rain setting provides a softer and wider shower feel, while the full setting provides a balanced water flow for everyday use. The settings are easily adjusted directly on the shower head.
Design and variants
AQUAPHOR Daisy is designed to fit into both modern and classic bathrooms. The chrome variant gives a clean and timeless expression that goes well with traditional fittings, while the black variant gives a more modern and distinctive touch. Both variants have the same filtering function and the same user-friendly system for changing filters.
Simple assembly
The shower head is easily mounted on most standard shower hoses with a regular 1/2" connection. In most cases, the old shower head is unscrewed, and the AQUAPHOR Daisy is screwed directly onto the existing shower hose. No special tools are normally required.
Maintenance and filter replacement
To maintain the best possible filtration, it is recommended to change the filter stones regularly, normally approximately every 3 months. Actual lifespan may vary depending on water quality, water consumption and how often the shower is used. If there is a clearly reduced effect, an increased smell of chlorine or visible deposits in the filter, the filter stones should be replaced earlier.
Changing the filter is easy. Turn the handle counter-clockwise, remove the used filter stones, fill with new filter stones and screw the handle back clockwise. The starter pack is normally supplied with extra bags of filter stones, so that you have refills available for the first period of use.
