Important features of the Sonix SW-VR14
- Sound Wave Technology: This technology creates vibrations that are more natural and less bothersome than vibrations produced by vibration motors.
- Wide range of intensity and frequency settings: The Sonix SW-VR14 has many settings, so you can adapt your experience to your individual needs and goals.
- Durable construction: Made with durable materials, the Sonix SW-VR14 is built to last.
- Ease of use: The chair comes with a number of pre-programmed sessions and is easy to operate.
How does it work?
By utilizing sound wave technology, the Sonix SW-VR14 sends precise vibrations through the body. These vibrations cause the muscles to go through a continuous cycle of contraction and relaxation, which helps improve muscle strength, flexibility and overall circulation.
Documented benefits.
Backed by scientific research, the Sonix SW-VR14 is effective in various aspects:
- Reduced pain, anxiety and stress
- Improved muscle strength, flexibility and circulation
- Lower blood pressure
- Improved bone health
- Reduced risk of falling
- Better sleep quality
- Increased sense of calm
User-friendly operation
Using the Sonix SW-VR14 is very easy. Sit on the chair, select the desired intensity and frequency, and let the machine do the rest. You can even perform certain exercises, such as squats or lunges, while the chair is in operation.
Conclusion
Standing at the intersection of technology and holistic health, the Sonix SW-VR14 uses the power of sound waves to offer a range of health benefits. Although further studies are needed to validate all of the claims, current research findings are promising. Harness the power of sound waves for a holistic approach to health and wellness with the Sonix SW-VR14.
SONIX has developed the world's first sound wave system for the whole body, based on the principles of woofer speakers designed to produce low-frequency sounds. The technology focuses on three main areas:
Circulation: SONIX training improves blood and lymph circulation, revitalizes the body and restores energy in just 10 minutes.
Balance, strength and endurance: The training method helps with muscle contraction and relaxation, as well as improves repetitive muscle strength and endurance. Athletes all over the world are using this technology to improve their performance.Improvement of bone density: SONIX training increases bone density by activating osteoblasts and inhibiting the activity of osteoclasts, which thus helps in the regeneration of bone tissue.
Historically, whole-body vibration technologies originated in the Soviet Union in the 1960s, specifically for use by astronauts in space. In the 1990s, research expanded to European countries such as Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. A systematic study initiated in the 2000s by sports physiologist Issurin in Israel has further advanced the field.
Overall, SONIX's SonicWave Vibration Technology aims to offer a holistic approach to health, with a focus on improving circulation, muscle strength and bone density.

How does VibraSonic vibration work at the cellular level?
Cell health, lymphatic health, sonic vibration
From a scientific point of view, the cell's electrical potential is a direct indicator of the body's overall health. When the electrical potential is low, your cells lose their vitality and ability to function properly, which can lead to fatigue, lack of vitality and reduced immunity. When you look at a live blood cell sample from an unhealthy person under a microscope, the cells appear to clump together and appear lifeless—a classic picture of low electrical potential.
A therapist wanted to know if there was a difference in effect between sonic and mechanical whole-body vibration on unhealthy blood cells, and therefore carried out a blood cell study. After only 10 minutes of whole body sonic vibration, the cells were revitalized and regained enough cell potential to separate from the other blood cells and return to a more functional state, with a greater degree of separation from other cells. Blood samples taken before and after mechanical (not sonic) whole body vibration showed no change whatsoever.
The energy or health of a cell can actually be measured in millivolts. According to Nobel laureate Otto Warburg, healthy cells have cell potentials of 70 to 90 millivolts with an overall negative charge. Due to the constant stresses of modern life, a toxic diet and environment, cellular potential tends to decline, becoming even more depleted as we age or become ill.
Remarkably, just 10 minutes of whole-body sonic vibration had a positive effect on the unhealthy blood cells. It is also important to know that consistent use of this technology over a long period of time is necessary to return the cells to a continuous, fully healthy state, with a cell potential that remains high enough to initiate a natural healing response in the body.
And again, simply mechanically vibrating the cells is not the same as increasing the cell's electrical potential. With sonic whole body vibration, the cells vibrate in response to stimulation from sound waves, which increases the electrical potential or voltage within the cell.
