Phases and natural cycles
Life in nature, our body, the universe, and even the smallest parts of energy we know (quanta) develop in phases or cycles. We now invite you to join a cycle consisting of 6 phases in which the body is given a chance to eliminate waste, strengthen the immune system, supply essential building blocks, and thereby lay the foundation for better health. If you follow the phases in a structured and systematic way and use the lifestyle advice, there is a good chance that you will experience noticeable improvements in your health. Our clinic and various treatment devices (home equipment or clinic equipment) offer additional support and a pure supply of energy through electromedical and integrated medical treatment for those who need a little extra help along the way. For those who visit the clinic for a consultation hour, we will tailor supplements and remedies even more precisely, but we all have many common needs. The early phases will last from 4–6 weeks, while some of the later phases will extend over longer periods. This is due, among other things, to the fact that restoring mineral balance and cleansing toxins and heavy metals often requires months and years, not weeks. Even so, you will most often experience positive progress, more energy, and increased well-being along the way, even though the body's various stores (fat, nerves, bones, etc.) will require long-term detoxification.

Start-up: Phase 1 – detoxification phase 1, cleansing and the beginning of foundation development
General comment phase 1. To get the best possible benefit from dietary changes, supplements, training, and goals for a new lifestyle, the body needs an effective detoxification system (primarily the kidneys and liver, but also an intestine that is not chronically irritated). Furthermore, it is impossible to carry out any effective detoxification without supplying easily absorbed minerals and salts, as well as cofactors that help the detoxification system do its job (remove acid and waste). When our terrain is renewed, the body will handle the next phases much better.

Important: Detoxification without restoring mineral balance causes many people to feel unwell, and many then give up.

Supplements and basic phase 1:
Duration: 4 weeks
Introduction of supplements: Introduce one of the supplements from the top of the list each day until you are taking all of them in one day. Our recommendations are based on international research and experience from clinical use over 12 years and will often go beyond the recommendations of Norwegian authorities. If you are unsure, consult your medical advisor who has expertise in the area.

Water purification and delayed first meal: Drink at least 2 liters of clean water every day (purified water is clearly recommended, ask us if desired). For people over 70 kg, the need in this phase is between 2 and 3 liters. Begin the day with two large cups of purified water, bring it to a boil and let it cool down (until you can drink it). Add a level teaspoon of Realsalt (preferred in our clinic) or certified Himalayan salt, 2-3 drops of iodine water, half a teaspoon of ReMag, half a teaspoon of ReMyte. If you have a particularly sensitive gut, food allergies and intolerances, you can experiment with smaller doses of ReMag and ReMyte. Some can begin with a teaspoon of each, while others who are highly sensitive may need to go down to drop-level doses for the first few days.

Delay the first meal by at least two hours after you have drunk warm salt/mineral water. Repeat the process, but then only with clean purified warm water and a quarter teaspoon of salt at least two hours before the main meal (dinner). Otherwise, drink plenty of room-temperature clean water between meals, but not closer than 1 hour to larger meals. It is sensible to drink most of it before 2 p.m. so that nighttime sleep is not interrupted by frequent toilet visits.

Food/diet: We generally recommend a low-carb/high-fat diet based on natural and clean foods. The essential thing in this phase is to make it easy for the body to digest food and save resources for detoxification and cleansing. Therefore, the main rule for these 4 weeks will be:

  • Eat less than you usually do (do not eat until you are properly hungry and eat until you are full)
  • Do not eat more than three times per day, preferably only two with a small snack in between
  • Do not eat mixed products (only pure raw ingredients) and grains (avoid gluten 100%)
  • Eat heat-treated food that is easy to digest and use plenty of fat (good butter and coconut fat are fine)
  • Avoid all foods and plant foods you suspect you react to (all plants release substances to avoid being “eaten,” which means that many people react to one or more of them). A little pure organic white rice, oats, broccoli, and preferably vegetable mash (heated vegetables that you mash) with plenty of fat rarely goes wrong when combined with good nutrient sources from poultry, fish, game, lamb, and organic pure meat products

Remedies and supplements phase 1:

ReMag magnesium solution
Use: ½ to 1 teaspoon in water X 2 (per day in phase 1), less if you become unsettled in the stomach
Main point: Increase magnesium status at the cellular level. Essential for 700 processes in the body.

ReMyte mineral solution
Use: ½ teaspoon X 2 (per day in phase 1). If you experience any kind of discomfort, reduce the dose.
Main point: Increase the status of the essential minerals in a form you are guaranteed to absorb. Lay the foundation for effective detoxification.

UnoTrace Fulvic Acid
Use: 3-4 drops in warm or room-temperature water with food and supplements (start with 3-4 per day, increase to 10 after 2-3 weeks).
Main points: Supports detoxification, contributes to better nutrient absorption (including calcium into the cells and mineral absorption), and improved energy production at the cellular level.

Liquid vitamin D3
Use: Preferably take two drops in the mouth after or together with food. Children should have lower doses. If you use other vitamin D supplements, we generally recommend that you do not use more than 5000 international units (IU). The calculation in micrograms would then be, for example, 5000 (IU) X 0.025 = 125 mcg, which is clearly above the recommendations of the Norwegian authorities (if you are unsure, consult your medical advisor), but in line with international recommendations for a beneficial dose.
Main points: Vitamin D is necessary to regulate the body's calcium balance. Contributes to normal cell differentiation and immunity. Contributes to normal blood pressure. Vitamin D is fat-soluble and positively affects the expression of more than 200 genes in the body.

Liposomal vitamin C from Quick Silver Scientific (alternative Altrient C, which is equally good)
* 3 bottles are enough for the entire first phase
Use: You cannot take too much vitamin C, but liposomal vitamin C is well absorbed, so you get a good effect even from a couple of grams per day. We therefore generally recommend 3 grams per day, but in cases of acute illness or poisoning, the dose can be increased to bowel tolerance (as much as you can tolerate without getting loose stools).
Take one teaspoon at least 20 minutes before a meal and hold it in your mouth for 20-30 seconds before swallowing three (3) times a day.
Main points: Vitamin C is the blood's most important antioxidant, neutralizes free radicals in the body, and protects tissue against oxidative stress. The vitamin is necessary to form collagen, the connective tissue that supports artery walls, skin, bones, and teeth; it stimulates the immune system and helps regenerate other antioxidants, including vitamin E.

 

Excess toxic metals must be cleansed out

Ultrafine ZeoBent MED® detox powder for internal use
Use: Start with one quarter (1/4) teaspoon in a large glass of room-temperature or warm water after the main meal during the first week. If you experience no discomfort, increase to one half (1/2) teaspoon after the main meal the following week, and in the third week, one half teaspoon twice after food.
Main points: Absorbs and transports heavy metals and waste out of the intestines in a gentle and safe way. When the body receives support in the form of other supplements and water purification, it will often “take the opportunity” to eliminate waste both via the kidneys and the liver (then to the intestines). We therefore want to ensure that the waste is not reabsorbed, but transported out through bowel movements. ZeoBent MED® detoxifying ultrafine powder is a powerful detoxifying agent. It is able to bind several environmental toxins such as aluminum, lead, mercury, cadmium, ammonium, and histamine, etc. Mixed with water, it has an immediate effect from the oral cavity and onward.

Next step: Phase 2 – detoxification phase 2, complementation of basic foundational elements

General comment on phase 2. You continue with the measures in phase 1, but increase the intake of liposomal vitamin C to 5 grams per day (this will contribute to faster detoxification and offer some protection against the increased excretion that phase 2 will help bring about). You have now started to get more available minerals in the body, and we can therefore initiate a more active detoxification. It takes years, not weeks, to achieve a good mineral status, and when you excrete metals, heavy metals, and environmental toxins, the body uses a lot of minerals, so there is no reason to reduce intake. If you generally feel normally warm and comfortable in your body, you can switch to drinking more purified room-temperature water, but not right before meals (wait at least 30–60 minutes, so that you have time to build up stomach acid to digest the food). If you tolerate Zeobent detoxifying powder well, increase to ½ teaspoon in plenty of water after 2 meals (that is, 2 times per day). If you experience becoming a little constipated, mix in a little vitamin C powder and magnesium in the water.

Supplements and basics phase 2
Duration: 6 weeks
Introduction of new supplements: We will now introduce so-called cofactors, which help the body more easily get rid of waste and toxins, enable the liver to “break them down” (conjugate them or make them water-soluble) and excrete them via bile and kidneys, as well as protect the body during the process. If you are unsure or have unpleasant symptoms, consult your medical advisor who has expertise in the area. If you unexpectedly feel unwell from a supplement or on a given day, take a couple of days' break from all supplements or from the last supplement you started before you felt unwell. Maintain your intake of water and vitamin C. If you feel tired, this is not unusual, and it is wise to take time to rest “between rounds.” You will feel more energetic than before when the symptoms pass.

N-acetylcysteine
Use:
1–2 capsules with room-temperature water after food (can also be taken on an empty stomach) distributed throughout the day. Start with 1 capsule, and increase to 3 unless you experience intestinal discomfort. Discontinue when the box is empty.

Main points/effects: Helps the body produce more glutathione, which is an essential antioxidant, has a protective effect on the liver and kidneys, counteracts lung disease, strengthens the immune system, and more.

Life Extension buffered vitamin C powder
Use: ¼ level teaspoon in a glass of water (can be taken together with other vitamins and minerals, also Zeobent, if the stomach becomes hard) distributed throughout the day. The purpose here is to increase the level of vitamin C in the body fluids and thereby contribute to faster detoxification in a gentle way. The principle of bowel tolerance applies here. If you get loose stools, the body does not absorb the excess, and the dose should then be reduced until you no longer have abnormally loose stools. Vitamin C has a short half-life, so it is beneficial to take a little every hour until evening rather than large doses all at once. Continue with liposomal vitamin C as the basis due to better absorption and better effect on the internal environment of the cells.

Main points/effects: Contributes to a more active and effective detoxification of environmental toxins, metals, and more. It is also often used in various forms of dependence on medications or illegal substances.

Note! You should be aware that the detoxification is so effective that it will reduce the level of various medications in the body. If there are specific medications you depend on, you must be aware of this, for example by taking them at least one hour after the last time you took vitamin C. If you are considering tapering down medications, you should arrange this with your doctor.

Quicksilver Scientific Clear Way Cofactors
Use: 1–3 capsules with room-temperature water after food (can also be taken on an empty stomach) spread throughout the day. Start with 1 capsule and increase to 3 unless you experience intestinal discomfort. In that case, stay at 1, and if the discomfort subsides, you can try taking the next tablet 1 hour after food (with a little food in your stomach). If you have persistent discomfort during detoxification, it is recommended to take a 2-day break, drink plenty of clean room-temperature water, and restart at lower doses – one thing at a time. Discontinue when the box is empty.

Main points/effects: Contains a series of cofactors (vitamins, phytochemicals, herbs) that contribute to improved detoxification, but also to protection of the body and organs. Strengthens the liver, helps cleanse the intestines of harmful microflora, as well as the blood vessels with the help of, among other things, the enzyme nattokinase. Provides increased protection of cells and the nervous system.

Curcumin Elite™ Turmeric Extract
Use: 1 capsule with the day’s main meal. Take a one-week break when the box is empty, and consider continuing with Curcumin, which has so many health effects that it is a recommended standard supplement.

Main points/effects: Curcumin extract has a range of positive health effects and counteracts toxicity, oxidative stress, inflammation, infections, and more. We use this very special Curcumin extract here primarily to strengthen liver/bile function and support detoxification by reducing inflammation in the body.


Smedge Probiotic Powder
Use: 1/8 teaspoon in a mouthful of water midway through the main meal. Take this for the first 3 days (it is important to proceed slowly. For most of us, the intestinal flora will adapt to a new environment, and that may cause some reactions. That is a good thing), then you can take it with each meal. Test what works for you and increase the dose gradually. Discontinue when the box is empty.

Main points/effects: GutPro is unique among probiotics, and the purpose is to normalize the intestinal flora and digestion. The product is specially developed for sensitive intestines and contains none of the substances and bacteria that often cause irritation and discomfort. This is a practitioner favorite for balancing the gut and improving symptoms such as irritable bowel-irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other inflammatory conditions. A gut that is “struggling” also produces waste and toxins that place a greater detoxification burden on the body.

3-day fast after week 3 in phase 2. Once you have phased in the supplements and routines in phase 2, take a full 3-day break from all supplements. Drink between 2 and 3 liters of clean purified water (or boiled if you do not have it purified). Remember to let the tap run for a long time so the water is as fresh as possible before you draw it, add approx. 1 level teaspoon of Real Salt or Himalayan salt in total. If you are thirsty, drink a little more, but do not overdo it.

Main points/effects: With a 3-day fast, you will give your immune system and gut flora a «restart» and give your body a powerful boost. Your kidneys can focus on getting rid of waste without using unnecessary energy on excreting uric acid, etc. from the normal metabolism of protein. You may feel a bit sluggish and unwell at first. Plan the 3-day fast well in advance so that you can have a few quiet days. If you feel cold during the fast, you can drink pure hot organic green tea or other pure herbal tea, and you can drink boiled water while it is still hot. Other supplements in the basic package and environmental toxins in, among other things, fish: In general, we all need a good vitamin K2 complex in order to have good calcium metabolism and to move calcium out of the blood vessels and into the cells. If this is not something you already use, we recommend Super K2 Elite from Life Extension (click here). Furthermore, we all need enough omega-3 in fat-soluble form for detoxification, the nervous system, circulation, and to counteract inflammation. The challenge nowadays is that the fish in our waters and Norwegian fjords unfortunately contain far too high levels of mercury, lead, and other environmental toxins. This also applies to several fish oils. Therefore, we should prefer wild fish from Arctic areas, which are better, and limit fish and seafood from Norwegian waters and fjords. Furthermore, one should consume plenty of guaranteed pure omega-3 with sufficient EPA/DHA (ALA does not provide the same benefit). We can recommend two especially pure and good products here, and they are: Super Omega-3 plus (click here) or the increasingly popular krill oil from Mercola (click here).

Remember! It is important to follow the phases as described. The first 2 phases lay the foundation for somewhat more intensive cleansing. Many believe that you can do a «detox cure» over a few weeks and thereby have cleansed the body of mercury and environmental toxins, but that is unfortunately a «sales bluff» or ignorance. It takes time, and one must work systematically. The reward for doing the work of getting rid of waste and toxins is a long-lasting improvement in health, and this measure may have a preventive effect on nearly all diseases.

 

Phase 3 – detoxification phase 3, water fasting, and improvement and optimization of the gut and digestion

General comment on phase 3
The main purpose of phase 3 is to ensure that intestinal function is normalized, thereby avoiding irritation and the production of toxins in the intestine. In addition, it helps ensure that waste is transported through the intestine efficiently.

Duration of phase 3: plus or minus 4 weeks (you have already completed 10 weeks and by the end of phase 3, 14 weeks or almost 5 months).

We divide phase 3 into 3 parts. We begin with a short phase for the second time in the cycle. First, a short fast on water and chicken broth (2 days), followed by a 14-day special diet to switch off / reduce all allergic reactions and inflammation in the intestine. Then the reintroduction of a normal diet and tailored supplements for normalization of intestinal function.

You can expect good results
It is not uncommon to experience that chronic irritation in and issues with the intestines improve significantly during phase 3, which is also an objective and necessary for the entire detoxification process to be completed successfully. We reset the immune system and let the gut rest, allow the body’s cleanup system to “eat up” poorly functioning cells, then move on to a period of special diet (we then avoid grazing substances, lectins, oxalates, and other allergens that can irritate the intestines and cause various illnesses and health problems), before concluding phase 3 with a one (1) week intensive mercury detox program. Many will be “satisfied” with the systematic detox program and the results after completing phase 3 and wish to stop the program here. That is of course up to you and entirely your choice, but you have now laid the foundation to be able to tolerate a more intensive and stronger detoxification, and have also done solid preparatory work for a lasting lifestyle change.

Microplastics have become a significant problem for nature and our health. It is therefore also recommended to purify water thoroughly
and to be careful with purchases. Contribute yourself to ensuring that less plastic enters nature through your consumption and handling of waste.

“Old burdens do not disappear overnight”
We all have (increasingly with age) stored toxins and metals such as mercury, lead, aluminum, etc. in fatty tissue, bone tissue, nerves, and the brain. Completing all the phases can help avoid health problems, provide an anti-aging effect, and increase well-being for many years to come. After completing phase 3, you should also have mercury and root fillings remediated by a dentist who has the necessary equipment. This means, among other things, a rubber dam mask, closed oxygen supply to the nose, powerful suction during treatment, etc. It is better NOT to remove amalgam (which usually contains mercury, nickel, and silver) if it is not done in a proper and gentle way without leakage. We recommend continuing with gentle detoxification and also doing a small “mini program” annually, preferably in the spring as a good time for many of us. Chinese philosophy often recommends cleansing the liver in the spring. If you are encouraged to do “quick detox programs” that are supposed to work miracles in a short time, our recommendation is to refrain from this offer. Systematic work and effort over time produce results. Such quick programs generally have two characteristics: either they simply do not work, or you become acutely unwell because the process is accelerated at a pace the body cannot handle, and you become flooded with toxins for a period.

Supplements phase 3
We then phase in Quinton Hypertonic (natural electrolytes from the sea), MerProtect® Protocol (1-week program), RESTORE for better gut health, BodyBio Betaine HCl and BodyBio Calcium-Magnesium Butyrate, as well as Flora ReVive Capsules – Soil Based Probiotic. You discontinue all other supplements in phase 3. This does not apply to Gut Pro bacteria (see new measuring scoop for exact dosage measurement), 1 teaspoon of ReMag (morning and evening) and ½ teaspoon of ReMyte (morning and evening) during the period, as well as liposomal vitamin C.

Quinton Hypertonic
Use: 3 sachets in room-temperature water at least 30–60 minutes before/after food (you should buy 3 boxes to have enough for one program).
Main points/effects: Quintessential Hypertonic Elixir provides important remineralization and is purified seawater full of electrolytes and trace elements. Contains all of nature’s 78 essential minerals and trace elements. Cold-sterilized using microfiltration, which protects the delicate balance of naturally occurring and bioavailable marine nutrients.

Restore for better gut health
Use: 1 teaspoon in water at least 3 times per day and preferably well before meals. When fasting, spread the intake throughout the day.
Key points/effects: Restore was developed by the renowned Dr. Zach Bush and effectively helps to “close up” the intestinal cells. This effectively reduces the negative effects of “leaky gut.” We all ingest glyphosate (Roundup), among other things, and many also consume gluten. Both damage the intestinal mucosa. Everyone is recommended to use Restore regularly, but it is especially important in this phase, as the purpose is to repair, restore, and strengthen gut function in general.

BodyBio Betaine HCl
Use: 1–2 capsules at the beginning of meals (NOT when fasting). Helps you break down proteins and fats more easily, which relieves digestion and often means that people who say they cannot tolerate meat can now digest it without problems.

BodyBio Calcium-Magnesium Butyrate
Use: 1–2 capsules with food (NOT when fasting). Helps support better detoxification, repair the intestinal mucosa, and promote the growth of a healthy bacterial flora, etc.

Flora ReVive Capsules – Soil Based Probiotic
Use: Start with 1 capsule between meals during the first week (also on the first two fasting days). If you experience no reactions, increase to 2 capsules the following week (morning and evening) and continue with that. Can be taken with food, but works best between meals. Helps gently eliminate fungi such as Candida albicans from the gut.

MerProtect® Protocol course
Use: Follow the instructions on the box. Use when you are not fasting. NOT with food. Provides one week of effective, but not overly harsh, cleansing of mercury residues (primarily from amalgam).

2-day water/broth fast
You can begin the fast by eating dinner/supper one day and then starting the first fasting day with a large glass of purified water with one sachet of Quinton Hypertonic. Drink between 2 and 3 liters of clean purified water (or boiled water if you do not have a water purifier). Remember to let the tap run for a long time so the water is as fresh as possible. Before pouring it, add up to 3 sachets of Quinton Hypertonic per day.

Simple chicken broth
We recommend buying a large organic chicken and boiling it in a large pot (let the water cover the chicken), and letting it simmer for at least 1 day, preferably 2, over low heat. You will now have something like 5 liters of broth. Drink one cup of warm chicken broth 3 times a day (broth only, without meat or other solid food), and feel free to add a little Real Salt. Drink chicken broth during these first 2 days, but you may also continue with it throughout phase 3 if desired. Once you have simmered the chicken for 2 days over low heat, remove it and cut off all the meat, which you can refrigerate or freeze and eat when the water fast is over (the meat will then be a little dry, so add plenty of real butter). If you wish to add fresh coriander or other organic herbs, that is fine, but keep the broth mild and “soft.”

Key points/effects: With such a 2-day fast, you will give your immune system and gut flora a "reset" and give the body a powerful boost, while also preparing the body for 2 weeks of a meat diet. Feel free to read about fasting at Helsemagasinet (vof.no, search for fasting).

14-day special meat diet
Avoid all vegetables, all fruit, nuts, sprouts, and seeds. The main purpose of the diet in this case is to eliminate all substances that may irritate the gut, which lays the foundation for being able to change your diet afterward and easily identify which foods you feel well with. In addition, a gut that is not irritated or inflamed will contribute to more effective detoxification in the detox section concerning mercury. If you are not used to eating meat, start with small meals, preferably with slow-roasted meat. Remember to use Betaine HCl (stomach acid) at the beginning of meals. You eat 3 times a day and until you are full each time. It may be sensible to eat plenty of fat with your food and preferably use a little MCT oil or pure C8 oil (start with ½ teaspoon, and increase gradually) such as BrainEffect Rocket C8 oil.

What can you eat?
In this phase, we should eat only meat, poultry, and fish with good fats alongside. Avoid all mixed products; eat only pure raw ingredients. We generally recommend that you try to use only organic sources, game, and wild-caught fish (avoid farmed fish), such as

chicken
reindeer, deer, and moose
beef
sheep, lamb
goat
trout, cod, saithe, herring, and mackerel

Good fat sources (in addition to choosing parts of the animal with plenty of fat and preferably slow-cooking at low heat):
Good butter, preferably organic (in late summer and early autumn, most of the butter produced in Norway is excellent, as the cows are usually grazing outdoors)
organic rapeseed and olive oil (preferably raw, but it can be heated if the temperature is not high and the heating is not too prolonged)
coconut oil
MCT oil from coconut and preferably concentrated C8 oil (start with small portions such as a small teaspoon)

Flavoring
good salt
freshly ground pepper
fresh herbs
chives in moderate amounts
a little garlic (heated and not much, not Chinese)
pressed organic lemon (both in water and with food)

Comment on flavoring
You can use Real Salt and Himalayan salt; you can grind pepper (make sure you do not have old pepper or spices that may contain mold spores; this can create unrest in the gut and ruin the good effect of the protocol) and generally use fresh herbs (they should be organic or at least not treated with pesticides. Always place them in purified water before eating them).

Note!
Do not use any mixed spice blends or "ready-made sauces" in this phase. Avoid shellfish and mollusks (such as mussels).

Exceptions if you need a little variety to keep motivation up. Some people need extra salt (which we have taken into account above). Others struggle to follow a somewhat monotonous diet for 14 days. We can allow ourselves a day or two with a few indulgences without ruining the effect, but these should be limited and should not contain toxins or mold toxins.

Suggestions for deviations from the diet
Pick fresh blueberries, wild raspberries, wild strawberries, etc. in the forest, and treat yourself to a delicious dessert of the forest’s delicacies once per week. You can also have 1 dinner per week where you have pre-cooked (preferably organic) white rice and cooled it completely (it then forms resistant starch), and then eat rice (you can reheat it or eat it cold) for one or more meals on that one day of the week.

Normalization of diet and initiation of mercury detoxification
You are now starting the MerProtect® Protocol (1-week course), and you take the two main ingredients at least 1 hour before or after meals and 3 times a day (see description). If you experience reactions, you use it for more than 1 week, but if all goes well, you try to use up both products within 1 week.

Normalization of diet
Your gut is now usually calm, digestion stable, and inflammation significantly reduced. Gradually transition to a more varied diet
When you now want to phase in a more typical diet or normalize your nutrition, it may be wise to proceed a little gradually, that is, to use the elimination principle to sort out foods that do not suit you well. Once you have found a diet that suits you well, the time has come to phase in your usual basic supplements again. It may be sensible to phase these in one at a time as well, so that you notice whether there are any of them you do not do well with and perhaps should replace or omit. One goal is to continue eating foods that our genes are adapted to; note that these consisted to only a small extent of grains, fruit, and other carbohydrates. Nevertheless, we want a varied diet and to be able to include health-promoting plants and vegetables. We are all different and will thrive on somewhat different diets, but generally speaking, we all do best on clean, substantial foods with little sugar and carbohydrates and a good amount of healthy fatty acids.

Tip! Feel free to start including steamed or lightly boiled vegetables with strong color, and one type per meal.

 

Make yourself a list of foods you feel well with and vice versa.
Let’s say you like cauliflower (which has beneficial active compounds), then eat cauliflower for dinner for a few days. If it feels good and your stomach is calm and comfortable, you can add cauliflower to the list of foods you believe you tolerate well. If after a few days you come to a food you do not feel well with, add it to the list of foods you do not feel well with. Once you have arrived at a selection consisting of about 30 percent vegetables and other foods in addition to your preferred animal protein sources, you have laid the foundation for exactly your “food” that you will thrive on.

In general, we recommend that you avoid or consume as little as possible of the following foods:
refined sugar
sweet fruits and drinks
potatoes (sweet potato is much better)
pasta
rice
wheat and gluten
refined and damaged low-fat dairy products
anything called "reduced fat" and low in fat (so-called light products)
farmed fish
mixed products

Final comment on phase 3 and the entire protocol
You have done well and can pat yourself on the back, and your body will probably thank you and in various ways show that it is doing better.

This is a good time for a health check
Please consider taking a good heavy metal and mineral test (such as Oligoscan/Oligo Lab), so that you can get an overview of how far you have come during this period.

Coming soon. The concluding phases of our natural detoxification cycle will be published in late summer 2020. In the last two phases of the cycle, we will step a little outside the box and look more at the whole picture. This means, among other things, tools and methods for reducing stress (which blocks detoxification, inhibits healthy hormone production, and reduces quality of life), as well as measures for better hormone production. There will still be elements of detoxification in the phases. These two phases can be introduced at 2-week intervals, so that the entire program (all phases) is completed in just over 6 months.
