Use
Squeeze a small amount from the bottom of the tube, about 1/4 cm of the product. Apply 1-2 coats under each armpit on clean, dry, odor-free skin. The product is best used in the morning after a shower, or after the armpits have been washed with soap and warm water. A little product is usually enough, as the formulation is concentrated.

Practical tips
If the deodorant is difficult to squeeze out, you can roll the tube on a hard surface with the cap on to loosen the product from the inside. If it's still stuck, you can turn the tube upside down with the cap on and press gently with both thumbs on the bottom. If you squeeze out too much product, don't push it down with your fingers, but rather gently tap the bottom of the tube against a hard surface until the product goes down again. If the deodorant becomes soft in hot weather, it can be refrigerated for a while to firm up. If the deodorant is loose in the tube, you can hold the base up to the skin while applying 1-2 coats. If a hole or crack appears in the center of the product, this is normal and is due to the cooling process after filling. That doesn't mean you get less product. White dots on the top may be due to the magnesium content and are normal.

Transition to natural deodorant
When switching from regular antiperspirant to natural deodorant, the body can take time to adapt. Raw Nature states that for some it can take up to four weeks for the product to work optimally. During this period, odors and sweat may be experienced differently than normal, before the skin environment gradually finds a new balance. Many people find that the first week goes well, that week two can produce a more noticeable smell, that week three marks a gradual rebalancing and that week four is often experienced as more stable. This varies from person to person.

Stains on clothes
With moderate use, the product should not normally cause stains on clothing. To reduce the risk, it is recommended to use only 2-3 coats per armpit. If too much is applied, excess can be wiped off before dressing. Fresh residues on clothing can often be removed with a dry cloth. For older residues, a mixture of warm water and white vinegar can be used before normal washing in line with the garment's washing instructions. A practical tip is to mix four cups of warm water with one cup of white vinegar, wet the area and scrub gently before washing.
