Moodup (the mood lifter)

Description: Moodup is a dietary supplement developed by Nuno Nina, which contains 5-HTP, Rhodiola rosea and SAMe. This supplement is designed to combat symptoms of depression and reduce anxiety levels. Moodup promotes the production of neurotransmitters and improves their activity by inhibiting enzymatic destruction, which contributes to the restoration and maintenance of neurotransmitters in the body.

Instructions for use: The recommended daily dose is 20 ml. Take 10 ml 30 minutes before breakfast and 10 ml 30 minutes before dinner, mixed in half a glass of water. The maximum daily dosage is 20 ml.

Potential Side Effects: No side effects have been reported with the recommended therapeutic doses. Gastrointestinal changes, changes in sleep patterns and/or sedation, increased agitation and palpitations may occur temporarily and can be managed by gradually increasing the dose. Pregnant and lactating women should discontinue treatment due to lack of information.
