MicroSafe™ EMF Blocker Microwave Cover - Magnetic EMF Shield (Large)

MicroSafe™ Microwave EMF Blocker is a non-medical protective product designed to reduce electromagnetic radiation that can leak from microwave ovens, particularly in the area around the front door where radiation is normally highest. The product is intended as a precautionary measure for home environments where you want to limit daily exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF), radio frequency (RF), magnetic fields (MF) and heat-based microwave radiation. MicroSafe™ acts as a passive shield, with no electricity, electronics or maintenance, and does not affect the microwave's normal function or performance.

How MicroSafe™ works

MicroSafe™ uses a thin layer of highly conductive aluminum as the core of the shield. Aluminum is an effective material for reflection and attenuation of electromagnetic waves. When the shield is mounted on the microwave door, it helps to reflect and block electromagnetic waves that might otherwise escape into the room. This creates a Faraday-like shielding effect in the most vulnerable area of ​​the oven, without disturbing the heating of the food inside the oven. Independent laboratory tests conducted at FCC certified laboratories show that MicroSafe™ can reduce measured radiation in this area by up to 100% under test conditions.

What kind of radiation is shielded

MicroSafe™ has been developed to help reduce several types of electromagnetic influence that can occur when using microwaves:
• RF (radio frequency) from the microwave's 2.45 GHz operation
• MF (magnetic field) from electrical components
• ELF (Extremely Low Frequency Fields) from power supply
• Thermally related microwave radiation

Use and installation

MicroSafe™ comes with magnetic, self-adhesive attachment points that make installation easy and reversible. The surface of the microwave door is cleaned first, then the shield is attached directly over the glass area in the door. The product can be easily adapted as needed and requires no technical expertise for assembly. Once fitted, it provides continuous passive protection without the need for adjustment or maintenance.
