• Dosage:
  • Stir vigorously one (1) level spoon in 2.5–3 dl of water or other drink, one to three times a day, or as recommended by healthcare personnel. Drink immediately.
• Warning:
  • Taking without sufficient liquid may cause suffocation. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.

Caution
Fiber supplements can affect the absorption of medicines. To avoid this, it is recommended to take the product 2 hours before or 1 hour after medication.
