RLPRO100 8 Waves covers the following wavelengths: 630 nm, 650 nm, 660 nm, 670 nm, 810 nm, 830 nm, 850 nm and 1060 nm. Red light in the range 630–670 nm is used in photobiomodulation for superficial and moderate tissue penetration, often in routines related to skin quality, circulation and general cellular support. Near-infrared light in the range 810–1060 nm provides deeper tissue penetration and is often used in recovery, comfort and relaxation-oriented routines.

General recommendations for use
Start with 50% light intensity and 20-30 cm distance. Gradually increase the intensity and duration as the body gets used to the stimulation. Sessions of more than 30 minutes per time are not normally recommended, but rather more frequent shorter sessions.
Use and dosage
The panel is normally placed 15–30 cm from the treatment area. A typical session lasts 10-20 minutes per area, 3-5 times per week or as part of a daily wellness routine. Intensity and pulse frequency are individually adjusted via touch screen or app.
