Vitamin D3 + K2 is a liquid dietary supplement developed for the daily supply of vitamin D and vitamin K in a practical spray form. The product contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The combination of these fat-soluble vitamins is formulated in a liquid base with glycerin, phospholipids and natural citrus oils. Each dose contains 62.5 µg vitamin D3 (2500 IU) and 90 µg vitamin K2. The formulation has been developed for adults who want a supplement of vitamins D and K as part of a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that the body can form in the skin when exposed to sunlight (UVB radiation). The vitamin contributes to several normal physiological functions in the body. Vitamin D contributes to the normal uptake and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to normal calcium levels in the blood and to maintaining normal bones and teeth. The vitamin also contributes to normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D also has a role in the cell division process.
Vitamin K is a group of fat-soluble vitamins that contribute to normal blood clotting and to maintaining normal bones.

Ingredients
Water, glycerin, ethanol, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin E, highly purified phospholipids, natural citrus oils.
Recommended use
Take 1 pump pressure 1 time daily. 1–2 pumps give 62.5–125 µg. Stay within 100 µg total daily intake. A blood test is recommended when using more than 1 pump.
Warnings:
EFSA has set the tolerable upper intake limit (UL) for vitamin D 100 µg (4000 IU) per day for adults. This applies total intake from diet, fortified foods and all supplements. Do not exceed this without a doctor and blood tests. Measure your 25(OH)D level in the blood after 8–12 weeks of use and adjust the dose individually.”
Instructions for use
Spray the dose into the mouth and hold the liquid in the oral cavity for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Can be taken on an empty stomach or at least 10 minutes before a meal.

Store at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight.
