PEMF ELF (extremely low frequencies) biological effects
Introduction
The frequencies below are the combination of tested frequencies in PEMF scientific research and proven effective, as well as the universal harmonic series covered by the GM scale model.
For example, many successful tests have been carried out with the 50 Hz frequency. It is one of the most beneficial and researched frequencies in Europe. Nevertheless, according to the GM scale, the closest harmonic frequency is 48 Hz or 50.57 Hz (the 48 Hz we assumed works better). We included these two in our frequency range.
Since every human organism is unique, the concluded effective frequencies correspond only to a median.
For each individual, the optimally effective frequency may vary. The frequencies also vary within the same individual at different times (biorhythm, more or less stressful days, personal problems, etc.). Therefore, we recommend that you experiment with nearby frequencies if the suggested median does not satisfy you. If you struggle with anxiety, it may be wise to try 8 Hz first. And if you are not completely satisfied, use the lower or higher (9 Hz or 7 Hz) frequencies. Secondly, sometimes effectiveness is increased with a higher or lower harmonic. This simply means using a frequency that is half of the selected frequency (first subharmonic). Or one that is two or four times higher (first and third harmonic). If it is an acute problem (such as a panic attack or anxiety flare-up), you can first use a third harmonic (e.g. 32 Hz) for five minutes, and then move to the first harmonic (in this case 16 Hz) for a further 5–10 minutes, and finish with the fundamental (e.g.: 8Hz) frequency (for 30 minutes or so). If you want to deepen relaxation, you can even move to the first subharmonic, in our example, to 4 Hz, after 15 minutes.
Frequencies
1, 2, 3, 4 Hz => promote delta waves to improve deep sleep and deep relaxation. We also recommend this to combat anxiety, panic and other stressful emotional situations. 4 Hz is also beneficial for improving meditation and relaxation.
Positions: head (forehead or top of the head), especially for meditation; solar plexus (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel) to overcome stressful emotional conditions.
Position: the head or another place where there are nerve-related problems, such as in neuropathy. You should contact your doctor to know which nerves are affected and where. For example, with foot neuropathy (unusual sensations when touched), the nerves in the feet and legs may be quite normal. But the problem lies in the spinal cord. If it is medically known where in the spinal cord the nerve is damaged, you can target this area with NeoRythm for about 20–30 minutes per day. However, this application cannot replace medical treatment; it only means careful support.
Position: the head, ideally the frontal region (the forehead), but other regions may also serve you. Just experiment. Some deep states of mind can be achieved by stimulating the medulla oblongata, which means you should position the NeoRhythm device with its center at the base of the skull. To increase calmness, use the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel).
7.83 Hz: Schumann's fundamental frequency. Interestingly, it is outside the GM harmonic scale, so if it does not work well, just move to the second harmonic (14.3 Hz) or to 8 Hz, which is very close.
Position: anywhere on the head to improve general well-being. You can also experiment with positions where you place the NeoRhythm device directly over the affected area on any part of the body. If you have a diseased or troubled organ, you should follow your doctor's recommendations; however, NeoRhythm may still support regeneration and the body's self-healing capacity. For relaxation, calmness, and a general sense of psychological balance, instead of the head position, you can use the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel).
8Hz: pain inhibition (Maestu, C.E. pain), meditation, relaxation.
Position: over the painful part of the body. Several sessions of 20 minutes are better than just one long session. If possible (hand, foot, neck, leg, arm, shoulder...), try to place the painful body part inside the NeoRhythm device. For meditation and relaxation, try different positions on the head. We would recommend the positions already suggested for meditation. Alternatively, you can use the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel).
8, 9, 10.1, 11.3, 12, 13.5 Hz (alpha range): combat anxiety, look for the frequency that suits you best. You can gradually switch from the highest (13.5 Hz, to match your EEG anxiety level most closely) to the lowest (8 Hz).
Position: on the head or on the solar plexus (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel). If on the head, sometimes Sometimes (depending on specific psychological conditions) the forehead position will serve best, at other times the opposite one (centered at the base of the skull). Just experiment.
10.1 Hz: supportive for restoring the physiological balance of the
head balance lost in migraine, clearer cognitive function, better memory and more focus; restoring the circadian rhythm, help with smoking cessation. Also helps with tremor, tissue regeneration (Pawluk K.).
Position: mostly on the head. For better memory, try the forehead orientation. When restoring the circadian rhythm, we recommend the scalp orientation at the base of the skull. For anxiety issues, the top-of-the-head orientation showed encouraging results. Regarding tissue regeneration, place the NeoRhythm device over the troubled body part.
12 Hz: supportive for restoring the physiological balance in
head balance lost in migraine, increases peripheral blood flow, (Pawluk K.).
Position: on the head. We would recommend the position where the NeoRhythm device is placed over the top of the head. However, you can experiment with other positions and see which suit you best. Regarding improved peripheral blood flow, place the NeoRhythm device on the limb that needs more blood flow (indicated by being pale).
14.3 Hz: 1st Schumann resonance harmonic => generally wellbeing-enhancing, bodily self-healing capacities.
Position: anywhere on the head to improve general wellbeing. You can also experiment with positions where you place the NeoRhythm device directly over the troubled area on any part of the body. If you have a diseased or troubled organ, you should follow your doctor's recommendations; however, NeoRhythm may still support regeneration and the body’s self-healing capacity. For relaxation, calm, and a general sense of psychological balance, instead of the head position, you can use the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel).
Higher frequencies
16Hz: supportive for restoring the physiological balance in
head balance lost in migraine, also found to help cell regeneration.
Position: for head balance, the position should be on the head. To help cell regeneration, place the NeoRhythm device over the troubled body part.
Position: on the head. We would recommend the position at the base of the skull. You can experiment with alternating between this position and the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel).
20.25 Hz: helps with anxiety (Pawluk K.) and supports meditation for wellbeing (against depressive modes). You can also try 10.1 Hz since this is its first harmonic.
Position: Use the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel) at the top of the head.
24 Hz: treat this as a first subharmonic with a 48 Hz frequency (see effects below) and a first harmonic at 12 Hz (see effects above); it is close enough to 20.25 Hz to support meditation for well-being (anti-depressive) modes. This is also a central frequency belonging to the beta brainwave band. Therefore, through so-called entrainment (resonance-based influence), it will increase alertness and wakefulness. This frequency was also found to be successful in promoting regeneration.
Position: the top of the head or the forehead. You can also use the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel). With regard to tissue regeneration, place the NeoRhythm device over the affected body part.
27.3 Hz: 3rd Schumann resonance harmonic => general well-being enhancement, bodily self-healing capacity; as a high beta brainwave frequency, it increases alertness and wakefulness.
Position: anywhere on the head to improve general well-being. You can also experiment with positions where you place the NeoRhythm device directly over the affected area on any part of the body. If you have a diseased or troubled organ, you should follow your doctor’s recommendations; however, NeoRhythm may still support regeneration and the body’s self-healing capacity. For relaxation, calm, and a general sense of psychological balance, instead of the head position, you can use the solar plexus position (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel).
33.8 Hz: 4th Schumann resonance harmonic => improves general well-being, improves bodily self-healing capacities.
40 Hz: The most important gamma wave band frequency is of great importance for consciousness, conscious control, memorization, and maintaining a normal psyche. It was also found to help against Alzheimer’s disease.
Frequencies that support meditation for well-being
48 Hz or 50.57 Hz: these frequencies were found to support meditation and states that counteract depression. It may also help with other issues, such as musculoskeletal problems (e.g. tight tendons, muscles, etc.), help with eye problems (such as conjunctivitis, blood circulation, even glaucoma), heart problems, tissue regeneration, improve cerebral blood flow in stroke patients, may enhance alpha waves in the brain (subharmonic effect), while reducing delta and theta (for deep relaxation, sleep. Application around the testicles may increase testosterone production, (Pawluk K.)).
Position: for meditation that combats depression and enhances alertness, position the orientation at the top of the head or the forehead. For eye problems, forehead orientation. To regenerate tissue, place the NeoRhythm device over the affected body part. For well-being meditation that counteracts depression, you can try the position on the solar plexus (5 inches (12 cm) above the navel).
Intensity
Human organisms have variable sensitivity to magnetic fields. At one extreme, we have so-called electromagnetically hypersensitive individuals who are highly sensitive even to low-intensity fields. Usually, these EM fields are of very high frequency (microwave region) and consist of non-repeating (chaotic) pulses of intensity.
On the other hand, we have a portion of the population that may be predominantly insensitive to magnetic field treatment. However, both extremes and the golden mean can benefit from the very regular pulsed magnetic pulses offered by the NeoRhythm device. A rhythmic pulsing of the magnetic field can calm and support a hypersensitive person; on the other hand, through prolonged application, it can provoke the necessary and desired changes in a weakly sensitive organism. Since sensitivities vary, we have prepared three different intensities with which you can begin to experiment. These are 0.25 mT, 0.5 mT, and 2.5 mT, respectively. These are the intensities at the head or other places where direct contact between the skin and the device is established. If there is a need to experiment with even lower intensities, you can at any time move the device farther away from the body and look for optimal effects at the selected frequency or program. In your experimentation, you must take into account that the intensity decreases with the square of the distance. In practice, this means that even at the highest intensity (2.5 mT), it becomes as low as the geomagnetic field at a distance of only 6 cm and one hundred times lower (2.5 µT) than the lowest NeoRhythm intensity (0.25 mT = 250 µT) at a distance of 150 cm. For example, if someone uses the program for sleep improvement, it may irritate him/her when the device is placed directly under the head. Therefore, he/she can place the device on the edge of the bed. If it is 30 cm away and the intensity of the magnetic flux density at the device is 2.5 mT, then the pulsed magnetic flux affecting the head will amount to only 0.18%, i.e. 0.0045 mT (4.5 µT). Since the geomagnetic field (although it is mostly static, not as dynamic as the PEMF produced by the NeoRhythm device) has an average intensity of 25 µT to 65 µT, the applied PEMF sleep-inducing field should have a sufficiently modest strength to deactivate irritating effects. At the same time, it is capable of inducing sleep through its resonant rhythmic pulsing in very sensitive individuals. Therefore, with the NeoRhythm device, you can play with a large number of intensities from virtually zero field up to 2.5 mT. Three of these intensities are already built in and freely selectable on the device itself. The others can be achieved by moving the device away. At the beginning, while getting used to the NeoRhythm device, you can start with the highest intensity according to the programmed application. If you feel slightly disturbed or irritated, we would suggest switching to a lower field intensity (either 0.5 mT or 0.25 mT). If you still have a feeling that the device causes irritation, you can try placing it at a distance of half a meter. In other words, move it away from the body and observe the results. If there is no effect, try moving it closer to the body (head). At a certain point, which may even vary from day to day or over weeks, you may find your optimal stimulation point.

NeoRhythm has more magnetic field-producing coils than any other similar device: 5. These coils target, separately and in harmony, specific areas of the brain (prefrontal cortex, temporal lobes, cerebellum, parietal lobe, occipital lobe) as well as different parts of the body to help support cellular restoration and regrowth. NeoRhythm covers the largest and most precise stimulation area on the market today.

NeoRhythm is the latest innovation in the rapidly evolving field of neuroscience, using a non-invasive magnetic method of neuromodulation to target specific areas of the brain to help the user achieve a desired state of mind such as sleep, deep meditation, or focus, as well as target specific parts of the body to increase oxygenation in the tissue to help with recovery.

Neural oscillations, also known as brainwaves, are reflections of repetitive electrochemical activity in the brain and central nervous system. They resemble acoustic and optical waves in that they also have a specific frequency and amplitude. Each of our activities is reflected in the form of brainwaves with a dominant frequency and accompanying frequencies.

Our brain and body have an amazing ability to adapt to external frequencies. NeoRhythm emits these frequencies using medium-intensity magnetic fields, and your body adapts to them. This results in a perfect mental environment for sleep, meditation, and focus, and a natural, drug-free way to help your body with recovery and regrowth.

Each of the 3 stimulation programs uses scientifically determined frequencies, based on dozens of scientific studies in pulsed electromagnetic therapy (PEMF) and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) around the world, as well as many years of research.
NeoRhythm emits these frequencies using medium-intensity magnetic fields, and the brain adapts to them, creating a perfect mental environment for sleep, meditation, relaxation, focus, revitalization, or helping you live with chronic or acute pain.

Reaching 1000 backers will enable us to adjust stimulation frequencies that may help to live with specific sleep disorders – and alleviate them more efficiently.

We invite you to learn more below about LI/Hi rTMS and contribute what you can to make NeoRhythm happen. Informed and engaged, we are all in this together!
