To use the scheme, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and it must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging in the same condition as on delivery. Returns must always be agreed with customer service in advance, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
The guarantee does not apply to food purchases, shipments outside Norway, opened or used hygiene products, dietary supplements, consumer goods, specially ordered goods, digital products or other goods which for hygienic, safety or practical reasons are not suitable for return.
The scheme is voluntary and is in addition to your statutory rights in the case of right of withdrawal and complaints. For other conditions, we refer to our terms of purchase.
