Uno Vita Recommended Manual Protocols for Merican M6M/M6N
The following protocols are Uno Vita recommended settings and are set manually when adjusting time, brightness and pulsation. They are not ready-made menu options in the Merican system. The Merican M6M/M6N is a full body PBM bench with top and bottom and typically delivers 100-130 mW/cm² at skin level. The optimal total dose for whole-body PBM is often around 48–72 J/cm², which corresponds to approx. 8-12 minute treatment at these levels.

Uno Vita Vitality – general health and energy
60-80% brightness for 8-12 minutes of continuous light. Provides a stable and effective whole-body dose for general well-being and regeneration. Use 3-5 times per week. Safety glasses are recommended above 70% intensity.

Performance & Recovery – muscle and sports
80-100% brightness for 8-10 minutes with 40Hz, 100Hz or 1000Hz pulsation. Suitable after exercise or physical exertion. Use 2-3 times per week. Safety glasses are recommended.
